Burnham Regatta 1920

On Wednesday 1 September 1920 the Town Regatta was held mid way through Burnham Week which was contended mainly with large yachts usually owned by wealthier people from all over the country who came to Burnham to sail.

The regatta was for the local towns peoples event  with swimming and the boats used as part of their trade

Burnham Town was reported to be en fete for the occasion
